Dyslexia in the Media: Recent Television Programmes 

Raising awareness and understanding of dyslexia is vital, and recent television programmes featuring well-known personalities have significantly contributed to this. 

  • Chris Packham: "Inside Our Minds" (BBC) 

  • Naturalist Chris Packham, who has dyslexia and ADHD, recently presented a compelling two-part BBC series titled "Inside Our Minds." Co-produced with The Open University, the series features individuals sharing their experiences with dyslexia and ADHD.

  • Jamie Oliver: "The Dyslexia Revolution" (Channel 4 / YouTube) 

  • Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver recently presented "The Dyslexia Revolution," a powerful programme that investigates what he calls 'The Broken School System.' It features a wide range of voices, including politicians with dyslexia and Education Minister Bridget Phillipson.
